How does NFPT Product work?

Can NFPT plates be mounted on the side or bottom?
The NFPT plate must be installed in the upper part of the protected volume, in the center, above the contact group in the protected volume, with the active (red) layer down.
Is it possible to cut the plate into several pieces?
No, the plate is intended to protect the volume to 0.3 liters and is not subject to any changes.
Is it possible to mount NFPT outside on the outlet?
The plate should be installed inside the socket box directly above the potential source of fire.
Is it possible to install 2 plates in one socket?
Yes, you can install one NFPT plate on both sides.
At what temperature does NFPT work?
The operating temperature of NFPT plates is from – 40 to + 50 degrees Celsius.
